About ARTON Aerated Concrete Block Prices
The price list helps customers estimate product costs and compare available solutions. Prices are quoted per cubic metre and include VAT. Autoclaved aerated concrete products are listed according to their specified characteristics.
The price of aerated concrete blocks depends on the block's intended purpose, grade and specifications. The range includes wall and partition solutions, as well as ARTON THERMO. Order terms may be adjusted depending on the quantity purchased.
Reinforced aerated concrete requires a separate assessment depending on the structural application. Before placing an order, we consider:
- the intended purpose of the future structure;
- the selected product category;
- the product grade and specifications;
- the required quantity;
- the collection or delivery arrangements.
This approach makes it easier to compare products. We first identify a suitable material, then calculate the required quantity and agree on the supply terms. Curing conditions are also taken into account.
Which Aerated Concrete Blocks Are Included in the Price List
The product range is divided according to intended use and specifications. D400, D500 and D600 aerated concrete blocks are available for external structures, with differences in density and other parameters. Aerated concrete blocks should therefore be selected according to the requirements of the construction project.
Separate products are intended for internal structures. They are selected according to wall thickness, loads and dimensions. Where a partition forms part of a construction project, its parameters are checked against the design requirements.
ARTON THERMO is a separate category — a thermal insulation range comprising D200 and D300 products. Its purpose differs from that of materials intended for wall construction. Gas silicate products and cellular concrete may also have different characteristics, so comparisons should take account of the intended use of each specific product.
The main differences between the available categories relate to their applications:
- D400, D500 and D600 are intended for different wall construction applications;
- D200 and D300 belong to the ARTON THERMO thermal insulation range;
- block dimensions are taken into account during design and masonry construction;
- product specifications are selected according to operating conditions;
- the specific grade is matched to the structural requirements.
Specifications are not the only consideration when selecting products. The structure, dimensions and intended purpose of each product are also important. High-quality construction materials must meet the requirements of their intended application. Accordingly, aerated concrete prices offered to our customers in Tashkent should only be compared alongside the characteristics of the selected products.
How to Order Aerated Concrete Blocks and Choose a Delivery Method
After selecting the products, customers wishing to order aerated concrete blocks need to determine the required quantity and agree on the order details. The ordering process usually includes:
- selecting the product category and specifications;
- determining the required quantity;
- checking product availability;
- agreeing on the collection or delivery method;
- confirming the supply terms.
Products can be collected directly from the factory in Akhangaran or delivered to the required destination. Transport costs are charged separately, so the project budget should account for both the product price and the logistics costs of transporting materials to the construction site. The availability of slabs and other large components is also considered when arranging a shipment.
