ARTON to Launch a Modern Autoclaved Aerated Concrete Plant in the Khorezm Region

ARTON will launch a modern autoclaved aerated concrete plant in the Khorezm region. The company plans to launch its second autoclaved aerated concrete block production plant in the Khorezm region. The new plant will be commissioned in the first quarter of 2025 and will become an important part of the construction industry not only for the Khorezm and Bukhara regions, but also for Karakalpakstan. The production capacity will amount to 300 thousand cubic meters.

In rapidly developing Uzbekistan, construction serves as one of the key driving forces of growth. In recent years, aerated concrete blocks have become an integral part of Uzbekistan’s construction sector due to their energy efficiency, lightweight structure, durability, and environmental friendliness.

The launch of the new ARTON plant in Urgench will make a significant contribution to the development of the regions. Through the creation of new jobs, more than 100 people will have the opportunity to work at a modern manufacturing facility, which will contribute to the economic development of the region.

Founded in 2019, ARTON is one of Uzbekistan’s leading manufacturers of aerated concrete blocks produced in accordance with international quality standards. The Akhangaran plant provides more than 200 jobs and is capable of producing 500 thousand cubic meters of aerated concrete blocks. For many years, ARTON has been recognized by the largest construction companies and developers in Uzbekistan.

Aerated concrete block is a modern and reliable construction material that is safe for both human health and the environment. It contains quartz sand, cement, lime, gypsum, and aluminum powder. Due to its unique properties, it is widely used in developed countries around the world in various areas of construction.

ARTON aerated concrete blocks are manufactured using European equipment and combine strength with lightweight properties, allowing the construction of reliable and earthquake-resistant buildings. Aerated concrete has high thermal insulation properties, which significantly reduces heating and cooling costs during building operation, thereby contributing to savings in electricity and natural gas consumption. This approach guarantees that ARTON aerated concrete blocks comply with all regulatory requirements and standards of Uzbekistan.

In addition, ARTON has begun construction of its third aerated concrete block plant in Andijan, which is planned to be commissioned by the end of 2025. The plant’s production capacity will amount to 650 thousand cubic meters per year. This will allow the company to meet the growing demand for high-quality construction materials in the region more efficiently.
